About Me:

I have a passion for working with people who have a hard time seeing their own value, are dealing with anxiety, self-esteem, or relationships with antagonistic, selfish, immature and/or narcissistic people. It started for me, even as a child, long before I knew anything about the word narcissism. But I knew I was seeing hurtful behaviors by family and others. I just didn’t know why. Or how to change the situation.

Because of that, I have many years of experience with people who have been dealing with selfish, emotionally immature, toxic, and/or verbally abusive parents or partners. This is sometimes referred to as Narcissistic Victim Abuse or just Narcissistic Abuse. It takes a huge toll on the body, the mind, the emotions and the heart.

It can be very isolating being in a relationship with a narcissist. Sometimes we’re afraid no one will believe what we’re experiencing. Sometimes we feel that if we just try hard enough, do more, be more perfect - that will fix everything.

Often people in this situation will be exhausted from trying to make it work. But they feel like “no matter what I do, I can’t win!”

If you have a history of feeling you aren’t enough, don’t deserve kindness, can’t ask for help, maybe it’s time to talk about it.

Because you ARE enough. You always were!
